Order shipment

All orders received will ship from our fulfillment center in Fort Mill, SC within 3 business days from the date of payment reception in our bank account.

Delivery by UPS or USPS is from Monday through Friday: there in no Saturday or Sunday delivery. UPS and USPS do not pickup orders on Saturday or Sunday or during holidays. 

The following shipping rates will apply:

-We offer free ground shipping if you spend more than $2,000.00 (Unless otherwise stated because of a promotion)

-If you do not meet the minimum required to get free shipping you will be charged the current shipping rate provided by the carrier you select at checkout. Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and depends on shipping methods and your location. If you decide to pay for shipping the entire amount goes to the shipping carrier.

All shipping threshold are before tax and after discounts. 

If you are located in Fort Mill you can select local delivery at checkout and have the package delivered to you the same day.

Definition of Next Day Service

Once the order is placed it needs to be processed, processing an order might take up 24hr although usually all orders placed before noon EST are processed the same day. Our Next Day service is provided by UPS and does NOT offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. The terms Next day or 2nd day refer to the transit time not to number of days since your order has been processed: i.e. an order placed on a Friday even if shipped via Next Day will likely be delivered on Tuesday depending on UPS or USPS.
