In 2013, our founder Annagrazia recognized an unmet need in the American foodservice market: HoReCa professionals — chefs, gelato artisans, pastry teams, and restaurant operators — were searching for Italian dessert solutions that combined genuine authenticity with the consistency and reliability that professional kitchens require.
Generic products filled the shelves. What was missing was something real.
Through a solid partnership with Antico Eremo Company, Think Dolce was created to bring premium dessert mixes directly to the U.S. market, where Italian tradition meets the practical realities of foodservice at scale.
